(1 hr for Tea) \n\nLeave 12.30am heading down the South Gippy Highway to Port Arthur a nice little Harbour with the best fish n Chips in Victoria. Arrive 1.30pm at Port Arthur. The fisherman catches the fish off the coast here and his wife cooks them in the afternoon so the daily catch varies. 1-1.5hrs (depending how busy the shop is ) . \n\nLeave at 14.00pm out thru Yarram and the silo art and then back up thru Tarra Bulga National park. Reckoned to be the last remaining temperate rain forest in Victoria. There can be a toilet stop thru the park. The roads thru here are very narrow\, steep and twisty (just so you know) . We come out of the top and head down the ridge where you will see the giant Lou Yang power station (one of the few left now) and we will end up joining the M1 city bound just outside Morwell around15.30pm

SUMMARY:Pub & Grub Ride 2025
DESCRIPTION:  \n \nOur 2nd Pub & Grub\, effectively a mini Gypsy Tour as it’s a 4 day  and NOT 10 or 12 day rally. It is similar to a Gypsy Tour as there will be no back-up vehicle so it is to have a RACV Total Care or similar recovery group\, unlike a Gypsy you don’t have to try and conform to club eligible bikes so bring what you want in a two wheeler classic or brand new machine you will be carrying your own luggage remember. You can ride as a group or individually\, you can start out each morning at whatever time you wish but we will probably be on the road before 10.00 am the combined distance is approx 1450 klms \nDay 1 Friday 17th Oct \nLakes Entrance 333 klms \n \nWe will meet at the U-GO (formally Ampol ) service station in Mill Park at 9.00 for a 9.30 departure if all goes well and it is’nt pissing down like last year. Please ring Pall to book your accomodation & mention the Iron Indian Riders as they are giving a a special room rate (for select rooms) for $60 per person a night +$15.00 for a fully cooked breakfast. The Saturday Ride will be heading to Jindabyne for lunch a very demanding twisty road and I would suggest carry some extra fuel\, even better make sure you have RACV Total Care in case your machine decides to not participate\, the evening meal has been booked at Riley’s Restaurant 02 60761333 the meal will be at your expense and its a excellent venue for steaks.
